Kapatiran Sandugo is a Filipino private, voluntary, not for profit organization established in accordance with the provisions of Law and duly registered in the Securities Exchange Commission.
Kapatiran Sandugo envisions an enlightened Filipino-Hispanic community cognizant and proud of its shared past and committed to the development of a common future.

In the advancement of the aforementioned vision, Kapatiran Sandugo shall pursue initiatives guided towards:
- Fostering friendship between the people of the Philippines and Spain;
- Promoting meaningful twining arrangements between municipalities, cities or other kindred institutions from the Philippines and Spain;
- Implementing development interventions brought about by the spirit of cooperation between the Philippines and Spain; as well as
- Conducting research studies that may further the understanding between Filipinos and Spaniards alike.
